I have verified in SAP ERP6/EHP7 system and no such roles exists.
However, I am in agreement with Deepak that two roles existing similar are :
"SAP_BPT_GBT_ADMINISTRATION " and
"SAP_BPT_GBT_EVERYONE"
Please confirm the Roles and system again. you might me referring roles from different system (like R/3 4.7 etc. ).
If you found this on google then please also check whether it's compatible with yor system.
