It can be due to lack of network connectivity. Restart the server and try again.
If you are getting the error again, check the logs and send a screenshot of that.
Also, please mention the application you are trying to deploy.
Check whether the classpath is correct in agentry.ini file and appname is correct in JavaBE.ini file.
Also, if you are deploying a development version, the development server should be set to True in agentry.ini file.
