Here are my questions and comments to assist further:

1.  Can you provide a screenshot of the data source initial view showing both the KEY and TEXT values of the 0COUNTRY dimension?

2.  Do you know what code standard the key values for 0COUNTRY have been defined with, in your BW system?

3.  If you need to match the countries by TEXT instead of KEY, then you should ask your BW administrator to change the master data text description of the 0COUNTRY dimension member with key "08", from "Great Britain" to "United Kingdom".
