I am using Advantco REST sender adapter for one of the scenarios. It is REST to RFC. It is working with no issue in Dev but not in QA. The only error I get is 403 Forbidden Error. I checked the Advantco REST user guide and the 403 forbidden error occurs when the channel is stopped/inactive and the listening mode is disabled. But its not the case with my Communication channel.
The only difference from DEV to QA is the Advantco REST version. But the REST services which were deployed in QA before the DEV got upgraded are working. Also we use SFDC adapter from Advantco and the SFDC has been upgraded in both DEV and QA. I suppose this doesn't affect the REST adapter in any way?
Please provide any thoughts of how to debug this scenario. I am using the REST clients like Chrome DHC and Firefox REST Easy. All of them yield the same results with Dev (201 Created) and QA (403 Forbidden). I cant see any activity in the NWA logs when I try to post in QA. So I dont even have a trace to know what the error is about.
