Closed status of customer Ticket under dropdown

Hi Guys,

 

I have a requirement where in customer ticket we need to include closed status as well in drop down even when ticket is completed. As per standard functionality closed status will not appear in UI after the ticket is completed. Can anyone please let me know how can I achieve it.
