your story mirrors my experience with update 8 Note 2267001 version 6 exactly. SAP stated that we had to apply newer versions of the note (7, 8 and 10) which we did with uninstalls/re-installs. To no avail.
Then SAP stated that we did not apply note 2211235 correctly. Say what? That note was already installed correctly. Then finally version 13 of the 8th update was released and fixed the issue.
Let's hope we get a fix soon.
